Returns Policy

At we always try to send your products in perfect condition. Occasionally a problem may occur. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or damaged we ask you to contact us to let us know of the problem as soon as possible. Following your contact we will then advise you further or offer you a replacement or refund. 

Before returning an item please contact us for a returns number so we can track your return when it arrives. 

Any sale item or items sold through our clearance department must be returned with 7 days and will only be exchanged for goods or a credit note, no cash refund will be given.

We advise you to obtain proof of posting as we cannot refund or exchange any item that does not arrive. 

Please allow up to 28 days for refunds and exchanges, although we aim to process all returns within 7 days from receipt.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellation of custom printed and made to order products. 

Should you wish to cancel a custom printed or made to order product for any reason it is unlikely that we can sell this to another customer. As a result our normal refund policy does not apply and these products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Refund of delivery charges

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is damaged or found to be faulty. We do not refund delivery charges when a product is unwanted.
