We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this Site for any reason, including without limitation where we believe that you have not acted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Site.

Copyright Issue

The entire site content, including text, images, written opinion (given by Note-pads and not a third party) is subject to copyright. You may not download, copy, transmit or modify this Site without our prior permission. This excludes any printable matter which you may use for personal use only.

Prices & Online quotations

We reserve the right to change or amend prices without notice. This also include our on-line quotation system which can be changed or amended at any time. We also reserve the right to withdraw any product at any time. The prices shown on this website are guideline prices only.

Proofs

If artwork proofs are prepared by us and no order is placed an artwork charge will be invoiced to you to cover artwork time incurred.

Print Area & Glue Track (Sticky note-pads only)

We do not advise printing any text or graphics in the glue track (the top 15mm of the pad). Printing in this area can cause ink lift and adhesive failure. We cannot be held responsible for any print issues or quality control when printing in this area.

Overs/Unders

Orders are subject to a 5% unders or over allowance for 1 colour work and 10% allowance for 2 or more colours which will be supplied and charged for.

Sizes & Tolerance

We work to a 2-3mm tolerance when trimming work to size. We cannot be held responsible for work supplied that is not cut to the exact size specified.

Third Party Products and Services

Where we may provide links to third party Internet web-sites, such links are not in anyway an endorsement by us of any products or services in such web-sites. You use such links entirely at your own risk and we accept no responsibility or liability for the content, use, or availability of such sites. We have not verified the accuracy or content of such web-sites. This site may, from time to time contain data provided by third parties for which we accept no responsibility or liability for the accuracy of such material. Under no circumstances shall any third party be permitted to link, provide a link or direction, or redirection to any other web-site to this Site without obtaining our prior written consent.
