1. How do I place an order?
You book an order in by e-mail, telephone or fax. We will confirm receipt of your order and provide you with a PDF proof or ink-jet proof prior to printing. We can also provide you with a production proof for an extra charge. Once you have approved the artwork your order will proceed into production and you will be advised of a estimated delivery date.

2. What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is 100 units on standard note-pads and 250 units on sticky note-pads.
3. Can I see a proof before you print my order?
Yes, we can either e-mail you a PDF proof or post you an ink-jet proof. The ink-jet is to check the position of the artwork and the layout and text. It will not accurately represent the colours in your artwork. If you require a full production proof, also known as a wet proof then a charge will apply.
4. When can I expect delivery?
Our usual delivery time is seven working days. Sticky note-pads can take up to 10 working days.We will advise you of the delivery time on our order confirmation sheet. We can only proceed with your order when we receive a signed order confirmation from you so if your in a rush please fax this confirmation sheet back to us.
5. Do you export or deliver goods overseas?
Yes, we have many customers based outside the UK. We can advise you on delivery costs and payment. Please contact our sales centre for further guidance.
6. Do you match to pantone numbers?
Yes we can print any colour from the pantone swatch.
7. Can you provide job samples?
We keep a wide range of job samples so please contact us for a sample pack to be sent out.
Artwork Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can you accept artwork on both PC and MAC formats?
We can output from both platforms.
2. Do I have to supply fonts with my artwork?
We highly recommend converting all fonts to outlines or paths to prevent delays. If this is not possible please include the fonts with your artwork.
3. How do I supply spot colour artwork?
If printing in spot colours please supply the artwork as vectorised eps file.
4. How do I supply PDFs?
Please output your PDF files as press ready. Please convert all fonts to outlines before sending the file.
5. Can I supply artwork in MS word or Publisher?
We can accept artwork from the MS office suite but be aware they work in RGB and do not separate into spot colours or CMYK without user intervention. Please allow extra time for conversion when supplying artwork in these formats.
